Netricks Web Hosting (www.netricksweb.com)
As a new MoernBill v5 user Netricks Web Hosting looked to Modern Advisors to help implement ModernBill into their exisiting company setup. We configured dedicated server packages, web hosting product addons and implemented their Kayako software into ModernBill. In addition to the configuration aspect of this project, we were also responsible for consulting Netricks Web Hosting with the most efficient way of migrating client information into ModernBill. We work with Netricks Web Hosting on a monthly basis providing consultation and system upgrades.
Level Ten Hosting (www.leveltenhosting.com)
Level Ten Hosting was using ModernBill v4, and was in the process of restructuring the company in order to prepare for their new web design. Included in their plan was an upgrade to ModernBill v5. Modern Advisors performed an upgrade service for Level Ten Hosting in April of 2007. In addition to the migration, we also were responsible for implementing their new web design into their ModernBill order form, client area, and Kayako Support Suite installation. We work with Level Ten Hosting on a monthly basis providing consultation and system upgrades.
